What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the product. Sea freight orders are usually planned by container, 20 ft or 40 ft, while cut flowers ship by air in smaller quantities. The minimum for your product is confirmed in your quote.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. Samples are available for most products, on request. Ask for them with your enquiry.

What payment terms do you accept?

Advance payment, or LC at sight. Terms are discussed for each order and set out in the quote. All invoices and payments are in our legal name, Yashna Enterprise.

Do you quote FOB or CIF?

We quote FOB or CIF, as you prefer. Tell us the destination port so we can include freight for a CIF quote.

How are products packed?

Pack type, pack size and labelling follow your order, for example mesh bags or cartons for vegetables, cartons for fruit, PP or jute bags for pulses, cartons for frozen seafood and boxes for flowers. Your own brand can be printed if needed.

Which documents do you provide?

For export shipments we arrange the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill and certificate of origin. Phytosanitary, fumigation or health certificates are arranged where the destination requires them.

What is the lead time?

Lead time depends on the product, the season, the quantity and the shipping schedule. It is confirmed in your quote.

Which ports do you ship from?

Container shipments leave from Indian sea ports and cut flowers from Indian airports. The port of loading is confirmed in each quote.

Which markets do you supply?

We supply importers and distributors in the UAE, Singapore, the UK, Europe and the US. Import rules for your destination are checked for each order.
