Red Onion

Red onion is available from Indian growers for most of the year. Buyers usually specify bulb size, for example 40–60 mm or 55 mm and above, along with skin colour and dryness. Onions are packed in mesh bags or cartons, with bag weight and labelling to your order.

Green Chilli

Green chilli is supplied fresh, with the variety, length and pungency agreed in your quote. It is packed in ventilated cartons and shipped chilled so it stays firm on arrival.

Drumstick

Drumstick (moringa pods) is graded by length and thickness and can be cut to size. It is packed in cartons and shipped chilled.

Okra

Okra is graded by pod length and colour and packed in cartons that protect the pods from bruising. Tender pods are shipped chilled.

Potato

Potatoes are graded by size and skin finish and packed in mesh or jute bags. The variety and intended use, such as table or processing, are confirmed in your quote.

Ginger

Fresh ginger is cleaned, sorted by rhizome size and packed in cartons or mesh bags of the weight you specify.

Seasonality and Availability

Availability depends on the growing season for each vegetable. Onion, potato and ginger are available for much of the year, while other vegetables follow shorter seasons. Tell us your required shipment dates and we will confirm what is available and when.

Sourcing and Grading

We source from Indian growers according to season and availability. Grade, size and tolerances are agreed in your quote, and the goods are checked against that specification before dispatch.

Packing and Cold Chain

Pack type, pack size and labelling follow your order, including your own brand if needed. Vegetables that need it travel in reefer containers at the temperature agreed for the product. Hardier produce such as onion and potato can travel in ventilated containers.

Documents and Ports

For each export shipment we arrange the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin, plus a phytosanitary certificate where the destination requires one. Shipments leave from Indian sea ports, and the port of loading is confirmed in each quote.

Trade Terms

Prices are quoted FOB or CIF. Payment is by advance or LC at sight, discussed per order. Samples are available for most products. All invoices and payments are in our legal name, Yashna Enterprise.

Markets

We supply importers and distributors in the UAE, Singapore, the UK, Europe and the US. Import rules differ by country, so the requirements for your destination are checked for each order.
