Who we are

What the enquiry form collects

• Your name and company name
• Your business email address
• Your country
• The product, quantity and requirements you enter

When you send the form, Web3Forms also records your IP address and includes it in the email to us. It is used to detect spam.

We do not ask for any other personal data. This website does not use cookies or analytics.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, send a quote and, if you place an order, to supply it. Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell them.

Who receives it

• Web3Forms receives the form and forwards it to our email. It may keep a copy for a limited time under its own policy: web3forms.com.
• Our email provider stores the email in our inbox at [email protected].
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.

We are based in India, so your data is processed in India. India does not have a UK or EU adequacy decision. We transfer your data only because it is necessary to respond to your request.

This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If your enquiry leads to an order, we keep the order records for as long as Indian tax and trade law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. To ask us to delete your data, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data". We will reply within one month.

If you are not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (UK) at ico.org.uk, or to the data protection authority in your EU country.
