How We Work

Four steps, from your first enquiry to delivery.

  1. Share Your Requirements

    Tell us the product, quantity, specifications and delivery destination.

  2. Confirm Sourcing and Pricing

    We check availability with suitable growers, mills or processors and send a written quote covering specifications, packing options and price. Samples can be arranged first.

  3. Finalise Order Details

    Quantities, specifications, packing, delivery arrangements and commercial terms are confirmed in writing before the order goes ahead.

  4. Coordinate Delivery

    We arrange transport for domestic orders. For export orders we also arrange shipment and export documents, working with freight forwarders and customs agents.
